Coldwell in the Community

As real estate agents, we rely on the communities where we work to do our jobs.

Without these communities, we would have no houses to sell. There would be no one to purchase homes. Landlords would not come to us to find tenants or tenants to find rentals.

In August 2021, we launched the C3 Program - Coldwell Community Care Program -  as a way to give back to the communities that trust us to help guide them home. We appreciate all the members of these communities, and are incredibly thankful for all the support they give us. Now, we want to repay that trust.

About the Program

The C3 Program was developed and launched as a way to help our agents get out into the communities where they do business and give back to the people in those communities. Not only does this put a face to a name people may see online or in a newspaper, but it shows our appreciation for how the community continues to come back to us time and again for their real estate needs.

The C3 Program has two separate branches, both with their own unique goals associated with giving back to the communities: community service and monetary donations.

Under the community service branch, agents and their families are provided with opportunities to volunteer their time in a way that benefits the community. This could range in being involved at a charity event such as Bark on the Boards for the Brandywine Valley SPCA to coming out to a beach clean up in one of the coastal state parks.

In August 2021, the first service event was held in Cape Henlopen State Park, where agents from the Lewes and Rehoboth offices teamed up to clean up the beach. At this event, agents walked the beach from the Point Comfort Station toward the main pavilion, picking up all sorts of trash along the way.

Past events that will fall under this branch of the program include Coldwell Banker's Annual Food Wars, where all four offices gather non-perishable food donations to donate to the Food Bank of Delaware, Coldwell Banker's Homes for Dogs pet adoption event, and more!

Monetary Donations

Under the monetary donation branch, we will be collecting funds to donate to charities and non-profits our agents recommend.

More details on this portion of the program will be forthcoming in early 2022 as we determine the best approach for this portion of the program.
