Year-round leases extend beyond 120 Days in length, and so are governed by the Delaware Delaware Landlord Tenant Code - a set of laws written to provide protection to both landlords and tenants who enter into long-term rental agreements.
In order to rent a year-round rental, prospective tenants must complete a credit application. As part of the credit application, we ask that you submit rental references, employment verification, and pay stubs. Prior to a lease being written, the details of the report will be discussed with the landlord.
