Nitan Soni Earns Multiple 2020 Certifications and Designations
NITAN SONI OF Coldwell Banker Resort Realty EARNS MULTIPLE 2020 DESIGNATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS.
In an effort to continue his education and commitment to his profession, Nitan Soni earns multiple 2020 designations and certifications during Covid pandemic.
Nitan successfully earned the following:
Accredited Buyers Agent. This designation is designed for real estate buyer’s agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process.
E-pro. This certification allows Realtors® to increase their ability to offer advanced digital marketing techniques of today, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.
Seller Representative Specialist. This designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.
Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This designation is for Realtors® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.
Certified Residential Specialist. A Certified Residential Specialist is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.
At Home with Diversity. This certification is designed to enable agents to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. The material assists agents to learn diversity sensitivity and how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws within Real Estate.
Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. This certification educates Realtors® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.
Resort and Second Home Property Specialist. This certification is for Realtors® who specialize in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in resort, recreational, and / or vacation destinations.
New Home Construction and Buyer Representation Certification. This allows a Realtor® to gain the product and transaction knowledge needed in order to guide buyer-clients through the steps and processes for purchase, construction, and customization of a new home.
Prior to 2020 Nitan had earned the following certifications:
Real Estate Negotiation Expert. The RENE certification program gives Realtors® the tips and tools needed to be skillful advocates for clients and sharpens the Realtor’s negotiating skills.
Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. Coursework is designed to enhance skills in pricing properties, creating competitive marketing analysis’, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Nitan Soni has been licensed with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty for five years and is the team leader for the Nitan Soni Group. He is also a Delaware Real Estate Commission approved instructor and consistently gives back his time to mentor new real estate agents. He has a Bachelor of Science in Media and IT, his Masters in Education as wells as his Masters in Business Administration.
