Coldwell Banker Premier Announces Top September Rental Agents
Coldwell Banker Premier is proud to announce the firm’s top rental agents for the month of September are Bill Mantyla, Joseph Gallagher and Robert Biles.
Bill joined Coldwell Banker Premier in January 2019. Before being licensed, Bill had his own home services business which gave him the opportunity to really get to know the homes that Coldwell Banker Resort Realty offers. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing with his dogs, and traveling. He prides himself on knowing the Sussex County resort area very well and will gladly share tips for restaurants, parks to visit, activities to do or great day trips to make your vacation special.
Joseph Gallagher, a licensed agent since 2007, made the jump from sales to rentals in 2018, and joined Coldwell Banker Premier in the fall of 2020. He has over 30 years of experience in customer service, which he feels benefits guests due to his attentiveness in listening to their wants and needs in a rental – whether that be a weekly, seasonal, or year-long rental. Joseph is a Delaware native, having been born and raised in New Castle County in the northern part of the state. Having grown up spending summers in Bethany Beach, Joseph’s love of the beach towns is what finally drew him and his family to move to Sussex County in 2014. When not assisting guests, Joseph enjoys spending time on the beach and boardwalk, relaxing with family, or playing and watching sports like bowling, football, and hockey.
Robert joined Coldwell Banker Premier in September 2022. Originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Robert moved to Delaware in 2015 and now calls Bethany Beach home. Prior to being a licensed agent Robert worked in the food service industry in all aspects, growing his customer service skills over the last 20 years. With a passion for helping others real estate gives him the opportunities to help others find their forever home, beach getaway, vacation rental, or year round rental. With an appetite for good food, a desire for adventure, and willingness to try new things, his personal experiences make for great recommendations for the Delaware resident, or family on vacation. When Robert is not in the office you can find him planning events for nonprofit organizations, organizing experiences for friends and family alike, and indulging in all things nature.
