Coldwell Banker Premier once again receives corporate accolades from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC with the announcement of their International Awards. Recognized as one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC’s longest franchisee’s, Coldwell Banker Premier first affiliated with the Coldwell Banker brand in 1983. For 2022 production, Coldwell Banker Premier was named to the Chairman’s Circle, placing them within the elite group of Top 50 Coldwell Banker companies in the world.
For the Delaware region, Julie Gritton, received the top honor of inclusion in the International President’s Premier Circle, a recognition given to only the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.
Julie Gritton, ABR® , CRS®, SRS®, is a licensed REALTOR® for over 20 years in the local Sussex County Community. Julie has extensive real estate experience in Beach Properties including both sales and rentals which distinguishes her from the competition. Along with her immense experience she has also received awards including, Sussex County Good Neighbor Award, Winner of the Bill Vernon Pillar CB award, Global Luxury Certification, President’s Circle award, the Diamond award, Top Producer and Best of Zillow. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Associates Degree in Marketing which helps her clients have the best marketing strategies. Giving back to the community is very important to Gritton as she dedicates her time to many local charities and donates a portion of every real estate commission to a cause from St. Jude's Childrens Hospital, Animal Rescues, the Food Bank of Delaware, and more she is always involved in giving to her local community.
Recognized in the International President’s Elite, classifying them among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide, were Skip Faust, Beth Dorman and Kathy Newcomb.
Skip Faust, a Lewes native and Cape Henlopen High School alum, graduated from the University of Delaware Business School with a degree in Marketing Management.
Voted by his clients and community members as a Five Star Professional for 12 consecutive years, Faust has been recognized as Coldwell Banker's #1 Realtor for 27 consecutive years, Sussex County Association of Realtors Good Neighbor award, the Bill Vernon Pillar award, President's Circle award and Diamond award. A Global Luxury Certified Realtor, Skip is passionate about a variety of charities and community programs, including Special Olympics Delaware, Read Aloud Delaware and Lewes Little League.
Beth Dorman, a Certified Residential Specialist, E-Pro, Certified Distressed Property Specialist and Certified Short sale and Foreclosure Resource has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1999. She is past President for the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She is past Governor for the State of Delaware Women’s Council of Realtors. Beth was certified as a Global Luxury Specialist in 2022, a designation specifically tailored to marketing and properly representing unique upscale real estate listings. Beth is a native of Sussex County, having lived in the beach area since 1978. She is a Cape Henlopen High School and Delaware Technical Community College graduate.
Kathy Newcomb, has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1995. She was licensed after graduation from the University of Delaware in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing. She has worked in all aspects of real estate, first entering the industry as a vacation rental specialist, then moving into administrative support and bookkeeping, then into sales specializing in new construction. Newcomb received her Global Luxury Designation in 2022 She has received international production awards for almost every year she was in sales and is most proud of being bestowed the Good Neighbor award from Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and the Bill Vernon Pillar award . She is currently the Vice President of Business Development for the Delaware region of the firm.
Additional 2022 production awards were presented to Kathy Douglass, receiving the International President’s Circle, distinguishing her among the top 7% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide. Receiving the International Diamond Society Designation for their achievements were Joanne Milton, Lee Johnson and Jeff Kemp. This places them among the top 12% of all sales associates worldwide. Receiving the International Sterling Society designation, placing them in the top 15% of all sales associates worldwide for their achievements were Ben Steward, Dennis Barnes and Kathy Counts.
