CBRR Announces October Top Rental Agents

Coldwell Banker Premier is proud to announce the firm’s top rental agents for the month of October are Bill Mantyla, Sally Chaney and Harold Marmon. Bill joined Coldwell Banker Premier in January 2019. Before being licensed, Bill had his own home services business which gave him the opportunity to really get to know the homes that Coldwell Banker Premier offers. In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing with his dogs, and traveling. He prides himself on knowing the Sussex County resort area very well and will gladly share tips for restaurants, parks to visit, activities to do or great day trips to make your vacation special. Sally has been licensed in Delaware since 2001. She previously lived in Atlanta, Georgia and was a licensed Realtor there as well. She enjoys vacation rentals particularly due to her ability to find the very best accommodations for her customers and hearing all of their positive vacation stories at the end of their stay. In her free time, she loves outdoor fitness and enjoying the many opportunities Rehoboth and Lewes provide, especially the area’s State Parks. Harold has been licensed since 2000. He is currently an active member of the Rental Affairs Committee. He proudly received the inaugural Alma Ashley Award for outstanding rental service in 2016. He is an annual supporter of Camp Rehoboth, The Rehoboth Film Festival and the Rehoboth Art League. He is a certified spin instructor, hosting popular weekly classes in the area since 2002.
