Prior to entering the real estate profession, Tonnie Davis worked as a clinical social worker for 15+ years in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Sussex County, Delaware in 2014. Her strong interpersonal skills as a social worker are essential in helping her form strong connections with her real estate clients and better understand their needs.
Tonnie strongly believes that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the buying/selling experience so that they can make the best decisions possible.
Tonnie currently volunteers as a mentor for young women. In her leisure time she enjoys biking, traveling, reading and spending time with her husband of 42 years, Gregory.
