Coldwell Banker Premier Congratulates Top Sales Agents in Rehoboth and Lewes
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of September. For the Lewes office, the top listing agent was Sarah Russ. The top selling agent was Jeff Gibson. The top overall agent was Ruth Sivils. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent was Ben Steward. The top selling and overall agent was Skip Faust.
Sarah Russ, a licensed Realtor, joined Coldwell Banker Premier in July 2019. Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager, with the last 5 years focusing on leasing commercial properties. She is active in the American Heart Association, which she has been a volunteer for over 18 years. Sarah is proud to be a long-time local resident and enjoys any free time she has spending it with her family.
Jeff Gibson, was licensed after moving back to Delaware from California. He was born and raised in Lewes, graduating from Cape Henlopen High School and later the University of Delaware in Newark where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration. He then obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and was a licensed Real Estate Broker in California from 2004. He was a Client Service and Consultant Relations Executive at Western Asset Management for over 15 years and a Portfolio Analyst with Payden & Rygel Investment Management for nearly 4 years. During this time, he held national securities licenses such as the NASD Series 7, 6, 63, and 3.
Ruth Sivils, a licensed Realtor since 2003 and Associate Broker since 2010, is past President and an active member of the Sussex County Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. She volunteers her free time with Habitat for Humanity building homes. She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
Julie Gritton, ABR, CRS, SRS, is a licensed Realtor since 2004, and is the Broker and Manager of the Lewes Office. She brings over 15 years of local real estate experience in both the rental and sales division making her an asset to investment buyers in the resort area. In 2018, Julie was recognized in the President Silver Circle, earned her Diamond Award and received the Top Producer award in Closed Listing Volume. She was also recognized this year with the Best of Zillow Award. Julie has an Associate’s degree in Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree In Business, which gives her listing clients a marketing edge with her extensive marketing plans.
Ben Steward has been licensed since 1991, representing clients in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia markets. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Lawrence University. He moved to Milton, Delaware in 2011 and became a Delaware licensed agent. His background in business, marketing and economics is a valuable tool for the clients he represents.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
