Coldwell Banker Premier Announces Top Producing December Sales Agents
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of December. For the Lewes office, the top listing agent was Julie Gritton. The top selling agent was Sarah Russ. The top overall agent was Mary-Beth Pepper. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent and top selling agent was Hal Blades. The top overall agent was Skip Faust.
Julie Gritton, ABR, CRS, SRS, is a licensed Realtor for over 18 years in the local Sussex County Community. Julie has extensive real estate experience in Beach Properties including both sales and rentals which distinguishes her from the competition. Along with her immense experience she has also received a numerous number of awards including Winner of the Bill Vernon Pillar CB award, President’s Circle award, the Diamond award, Top Producer, Best of Zillow, and is considered the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in Sussex County and #2 for the State of Delaware. She has also been ranked in the top 1% Internationally. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Associates Degree in Marketing which helps her clients have the best marketing strategies.
Sarah Russ, a licensed Realtor, joined Coldwell Banker Premier in July 2019. Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager, with the last 5 years focusing on leasing commercial properties. She is active in the American Heart Association, which she has been a volunteer for over 18 years. Sarah is proud to be a long-time local resident and enjoys any free time she has spending it with her family.
Mary-Beth Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors. She has been recognized as a member of the President’s Silver Circle for outstanding performance and production. She is a lifetime Sussex County resident.
Hal Blades was licensed in 2007 and moved to Coldwell Banker Premier in the summer of 2022 following his move to Lewes in 2021 with his wife to be closer to their daughter. Together he and his wife have three children and four grandchildren. His roots are here in Delaware having lived here most of his life except for when attending college in Maryland and living in Crisfield for a short time afterwards. Hal went into the Delaware State Police academy in 1981 and completed a 25 year career accomplishing a few first along the way. Along with 3 other troopers he became the first Statewide Paramedic assigned to the Aviation Section and one of the first School Resource Officers assigned at Lake Forest High School. He has been a member of the Harrington Fire company for over 50 years. Hal prides himself on being loyal to his clients, always putting their needs and desires first.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
