Coldwell Banker Premier Announces January Top Sales Agents
Coldwell Banker Premier is pleased to announce the firm’s top producers for the Rehoboth and Lewes Offices for the month of January. For the Lewes office, the top listing agent was Mary-Beth Pepper. The top selling agent was Anthony Greene. The top overall agent was Sarah Russ. The top team for listing, selling and overall was the Julie Gritton Team. For the Rehoboth office, the top listing agent, top selling agent and top overall agent was Skip Faust.
Mary-Beth Pepper, has been a licensed realtor since 2004 with a previous career as a legal secretary with a law firm specializing in real estate transactions. She is a member of the Sussex County Women’s Council of Realtors. She has been recognized as a member of the President’s Silver Circle for outstanding performance and production. She is a lifetime Sussex County resident.
Anthony Greene, is a Delaware native once living in each county of the state and specifically living in Sussex county for the past 18 years. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in the Sussex county area, both rural and the Delaware beaches. As a professional real estate agent, he understands how stressful the buying and selling process can be and as your agent he will work extremely hard to make this experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. He accomplishes this through constant communication and being readily accessible.
Sarah Russ, a licensed Realtor, joined Coldwell Banker Premier in July 2019. Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager, with the last 5 years focusing on leasing commercial properties. She is active in the American Heart Association, which she has been a volunteer for over 18 years. Sarah is proud to be a long-time local resident and enjoys any free time she has spending it with her family.
Julie Gritton, ABR, CRS, SRS, is a licensed Realtor for over 18 years in the local Sussex County Community. Julie has extensive real estate experience in Beach Properties including both sales and rentals which distinguishes her from the competition. Along with her immense experience she has also received a numerous number of awards including Winner of the Bill Vernon Pillar CB award, President’s Circle award, the Diamond award, Top Producer, Best of Zillow, and is considered the #1 Coldwell Banker Agent in Sussex County and #2 for the State of Delaware. She has also been ranked in the top 1% Internationally. Julie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Associates Degree in Marketing which helps her clients have the best marketing strategies.
Skip Faust, a licensed Realtor since 1986, is a Lewes native. He has been recognized as Delaware’s number one agent for the Coldwell Banker Brand for 21 years and is a member of the President’s International Elite Circle ranking him within the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker sales associates internationally. He is actively involved as a coach, board member and mentor with Lewes Little League.
