Sarah Russ and Eileen Flynn complete E-Pro Coursework.
NAR's e-PRO® certification program helps REALTORS® master the advanced digital marketing techniques of today. With the e-PRO® certification, REALTORS® increase their ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities, and build trust by safeguarding client information.
The comprehensive course educates Realtors® on the most current technology as it relates to real estate. To earn this designation after completing the course work, the Realtor®, must complete an exam successfully showing they have mastered the material presented.
Sarah has lived in Sussex County, close to the resort areas of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach Delaware for more than 26 years, graduating from Cape Henlopen High School and later obtaining her Associate Degree in Elementary Education at Delaware Technical and Community College.
Sarah brings a variety of experiences including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager, with the last 5 years working for a developer firm in Rehoboth Beach. During her 5 years at Ocean Atlantic Companies, she worked closely with the owner and tenants regarding leasing the multiple commercial properties owned and managed by Ocean Atlantic Companies and its subsidiaries. Prior to Ocean Atlantic, she was the Director of Property Management at Severn Management, a large property management company based out of Annapolis, Maryland.
Eileen, a native resident of Northern New Jersey, began her real estate career in 2006 at a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Bernardsville, New Jersey. Combining her prior Sales and Coaching experience in Educational Publishing and her years of dedication to each of her clients throughout the entire real estate process, Eileen has developed a client experience with a proven track record for success. Eileen is a dual-licensed REALTOR® in New Jersey and Delaware and proud to have the Coldwell Banker brand behind her in both states.
