Good times had by all. The condo was very nice, clean and the perfect size for the 3 of us. We didn’t have to use our car once as the location to Rehoboth Avenue was perfect. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed this cozy condo and would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Rental was very nice and clean AND perfect location to beach and shops AND TWO parking spaces. only downside was having to go up and down the spiral staircase, is kind of narrow. but the proximity to shops more than overcame that small detail Little Egg Harbor was wonderful for soaps and perfumes, and on Tuesdays is a Farmers Market within walking distance that has some very nice products. AND, the weather was gorgeous the entire time!!!

What a fun time! The condo was very nice, clean and looked to be brand new! (love the decor by the way) The location was perfect for us, as we never had to get in our car. Both the pool and ocean water temperature was perfect! . We walked everywhere and had a fantastic dinner full of JUMBO crabs at Claws. We rented bikes and took nice 15+ mile ride to and from Lewes. The weekend was then topped off with all day fun watching the NFL Kickoff games at the Green Turtle, over looking the ocean. We couldn't have had a better time. - The Bros

The townhouse was perfect for our trip. We had 3 people staying and it was the perfect size. The best part about the stay was the location to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. We walked everywhere the entire weekend and enjoyed some gorgeous weather. The only drawback was getting our suitcases up the spiral staircase.

This is a very nicely renovated condo with a great location. We stayed with 2 young kids who shared the second bedroom. I agree that the spiral staircase is not ideal, especially for heavy suitcases, but if you you don't have a disability it's not a big deal. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. About 0.7 mi walk to beach, which we usually drove due to loads of beach gear, and parking was easy. I would definitely consider renting again if we come back to Rehoboth.

This condo was a great find. Gunnar, the owner, was very responsive and provided for a smooth transaction from start to finish. We stayed with our 3 kids and had plenty of room. The condo itself was extremely clean and renovated with two full baths upstairs and there is a 1/2 bath downstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances are new if you're interested in cooking some meals while in town. You also have access to the condo private pool which is also very clean and well maintained. As other reviewers point out, the location can't be beat as you're right off of Rehoboth Ave. (there is a cut through right off of the condo parking lot) yet it is very quiet and only about a 3/4 mile walk to the beach/boardwalk. One thing to take note of is the spiral staircase but if you or your companions don't have significant physical limitations, access up/down stairs is manageable as long as you take your time. We would definitely consider renting again when we come back to Rehoboth.

Would definitely rent again, This condo is a charm. Three adults and one child had plenty of room. Newly renovated, clean and everything in working order. The pool was a bonus. Two parking spots and one permit was a plus. My only concern was the spiral staircase.

We have stayed at this condo about five times now. It is recently renovated and just the right size and location for us--allowing us to cook in if we want or walk up to the boardwalk for meals and ice cream. We park the car and walk everywhere, as the condo is located just behind Rehoboth Avenue. It was great that the pool is open through the end of September as well. Our daughter very much enjoyed the bonus pool time. The only caution I would note is that the spiral staircase can be tricky for anyone with mobility issues or young children.

We had a great time at this very pretty and comfortable townhouse. It is conveniently located to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. We don't do a lot of cooking while away from home but found it fully equipped for everything we needed. There is a cute outside patio in the backyard that would be perfect for morning coffee in warmer weather. We felt very secluded (in a good way!) while just being a couple blocks from the action. The owner was very accommodating in having WiFi available for us during the off-season. Will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed at this charming condo for a long weekend in April. Gunnar, the owner, was very responsive and made the process a breeze. We love visiting Rehoboth, but hate having to drive to the downtown area and find a place to park. We were very excited to find this perfectly located condo and it didn't disappoint. It has two parking spots and once we parked we didn't move until we left on Sunday. There is a convenient cut through right near the condo that leads you directly to the main drag-Rehoboth Ave. We were basically right behind Dogfish Head, a good restaurant/brewery, which was awesome! Although it was a bit chilly throughout the weekend, it was sunny and beautiful the whole time. We walked to the beach each morning to enjoy our coffee. In the afternoons we would walk back to the boardwalk to grab lunch and check out the cute shops. You don't want to miss Happy Hour at Henlopen City Oyster House or Stingrays. Both are just a short walk from the condo. We didn't spend much time inside since the weather cooperated, but the condo itself was wonderful. You can tell this place is well cared for- it was spotless and the appliances were in good working order. The colors and beach décor set the stage for a truly relaxing stay. Had we needed to stay in- the owners even have some DVDs and board games available to use. We are already thinking of planning a return trip and will definitely recommend this property to our friends.

My wife and I frequent the town of Rehoboth Beach for long weekends year round. We have stayed in many places in town blocks away from the beach and the main street. This place was the best place we stayed. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best but we had a great time. This place makes you feel at home. Plus it is steps away from the Dogfish Head brewpub (for beer geeks) and downtown. We are definitely staying at this place again.
