210 Hickman St- A two story, single family home that includes additional living and sleeping in the cottage. The main home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor also includes the living, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms upstairs are adjacent and you must walk through one to get into the other. The back cottage includes 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a kitchen and living area. The second floor has a screened in porch for your enjoyment. There is off street parking for 2 cars and the owner provides 2 on street parking passes. The home is approximately 2.5 blocks to the beach.
*This is a pet friendly home with a $200 pet fee per pet. This is a non smoking home.
*The front home and back cottage are both equiped with washer/dryer.
