Terry Burke

Mr. Burke is a full time resident of Sussex County and has extensive commercial experience in land sales, retail leasing,office and industrial leasing. He is a recent consultant for Marriott Hotels and Zodexo Foods, and has spent 18 years with Marriott, retiring as vice-president of Office Leasing. His 40 years of real estate experience include, 8 years with Kentucky Fried Chicken, 2 years with The City of New York, Several years with various Manhattan real estate firms.
Mr. Burke lectures for the Maryland Association of Appraisers on topics that include; Appraising Shopping Centers, Residential Income Approach, Advanced Office Appraisal, Office Leases, and Commercial Agreements. Further, he is an approved Lecturer in Delaware and has an MS degree in real estate from Johns Hopkins University and a BBA in real estate from Pace University.
